What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept GCash and bank transfer. Payment details will be provided at checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order if you need to make changes. Once your order has been packed and handed to the courier, we're unable to modify it.

Do you accept bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes! We love working with journaling communities, event organizers, and gift shops. Send us a message through our Contact page and let's talk.

Do you offer custom or personalized designs?
We don't offer fully custom designs at the moment, but we do open commission slots occasionally. Follow us on Instagram @luchichirya or subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know!

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After payment verification: Metro Manila is typically 1–3 business days, and provincial areas are 3–7 business days. Times may vary depending on your location and courier.

Which couriers do you use?
We ship via J&T Express and LBC depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! We ship to all provinces across the Philippines, including Visayas and Mindanao. Remote island areas may take a few extra days.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are based on your location and calculated using LBC and J&T Express's rates, plus a small handling fee to cover the cost of dropping off your order at their facility. We also plan on running free shipping promos. Subscribe to our newsletter so you don't miss out!

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but it's something we're working toward. Stay tuned!

What are your stickers made of?
Our fadeproof stickers are printed on a semi-gloss surface, while our waterproof stickers are printed on matte vinyl with a phototop coating.

Are the stickers waterproof?
Our standard sticker sheets are water-resistant but not fully waterproof, making them ideal for journaling. Keep them away from prolonged water exposure. Our vinyl stickers with phototop coating are fully waterproof and perfect for everyday carry items like water bottles and laptops.

How big are the sticker sheets?
Each sticker sheet is 5x7 inches, packed in a protective OPP plastic sleeve, and shipped inside a sturdy envelope to keep them safe during delivery.

Will the colors look exactly as shown online?
We photograph our products as accurately as possible, but slight variations can occur due to screen differences. Our designs are watercolor-inspired, giving each piece a natural, hand-painted quality that adds to their charm! Our postcard series are scanned from original watercolor artworks featured in previous exhibits and my personal collection.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Please take a photo and contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our products are handmade and made-to-order, we generally don't accept returns unless the item is defective or there was an error on our end. If you have concerns, please reach out, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

My tracking shows delivered but I haven't received my order. What do I do?
First, check with neighbors or your building admin, as couriers sometimes leave packages with them. If you still can't locate it, contact the courier directly with your tracking number, then message us and we'll help escalate.
